Ezekeys is a property management and full service operation company. We aim to give homeowners the freedom to maximise their rental income quicker and without any of the hustle at NO EXTRA CHARGE. In simple terms, we offer care and property management for landlords, estate/lettings agents and investors by providing hands-free solutions for everyone involved.
What We Do.

Ezekeys' aim is to offer peace of mind for landlords, investors and estate agents. We achieve this through delivering a remarkable level of care and property management. With management, we offer landlords guaranteed rent for serviced accommodation (SA) and houses of multiple occupants (HMO) over a minimum contract of 24 months.
The service includes dealing with tenants, minor maintenance issues, bookings/viewings, work to bring the property in line with our target market and general management.

We also source properties that are either already being used for SA’s/HMOs or have potential to be SA’s/HMOs due to location and or seasons. We also make recommendations and book local cleaners and key management strategies if required.
