Heater Maintenance
1. Inventory

​

We ensure that a professional inventory check is done in picture form and a complete list of items that are in situ upon arrival into the property.  We also organise this at end of tenancy/check out to ensure everything is as it was on arrival

2. Upkeep
​

All properties will be inspected on a 4 monthly basis to ensure that they are being kept up to standard and that there aren't any works needing to be done.

​

We are the point of call for any tenant issues as we try to resolve or find the best resolution for this.

4. Cleaners & laundry
​

We organise cleaners fortnightly for the HMO properties and after check out for the SA properties. The laundry for the SA properties is also done after check out to ensure it is fresh and clean for the next guests.

We provide 24/7 guest check-in, giving guests the flexibility to arrive whenever they prefer.
